Vice Principal - Nicole Grillo, Ed.D.

2nd Grade - Cramblett, Nicole / Remote Learning Resources

Welcome! Please take time to explore our Early Childhood Learning Center Website. Make sure to visit your child's teachers website where you will find daily remote learning activities and lessons. Some of the websites are experiencing technical difficulties. Therefore, I encourage you to check your emails daily where you will find daily communication with your child's classroom teacher. If you are not receiving daily emails, please reach out to me, so we can ensure your child's teacher has an updated email and/or phone number to reach you. Teachers will be working remotely from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM Monday - Friday.

Please stay safe!

Celebrate books with your child. Read often. The tips below offer some fun ways you can help your child become a happy and confident reader.

  • Read together every day. Put aside time each day for the two of you to read a book together
  • Point out print in the environment. Talk about the written words you see in the grocery store, while driving in the car, at a restaurant, at the park, etc.
  • Be interactive. Talk about what is happening in the book, talk about the illustrations and ask questions.
  • Give everything a name. By labeling objects, you will help build your child’s vocabulary. For example, while walking label various things that you see: airplane, bird, truck, signs, bakery, etc.

Remember to check your child’s folder each day for
important notices and reminders.
