Welcome to Mrs. Lemanski's Classroom!

I am so excited to begin the new school year with your child! We are already off to a great start and have been engaging in fun classroom activities both indoors and outside! The students are beginning to form new friendships in the classroom and become accustomed to their new classroom routines. Over the next few weeks, they will be introduced to new centers, new games, classroom rules, jobs, and routines in the classroom! 


What can you do at home to help with their transition to their new classroom?

1. Read books about starting at a new school and making new friends.

2. Talk to your child daily about what they did in school and who their friends are. 

3. Reinforce independent skills such as putting on their own jackets, hanging up their back packs, opening their own snacks, etc.
