FLU VACCINE FOR PRESCHOOLERS

Parents/Guardians:

Just a reminder if you have not scheduled a flu vaccine for your child please do so as soon as you can.
The New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services is again this year requiring that children attending preschool shall receive at least one dose of influenza vaccine between September 1 and December 31 of each year.

If your child has already received the influenza vaccine bring the paperwork to your teacher or you can e-mail your child's teacher or the school nurse, Mrs. Amos, RN ([email protected]).
