Dear Parent(s) and Guardian(s),
As we have entered the month of November, we are thankful! I want to express my gratitude to everyone who makes it possible for our students to come to school every day, on time, ready to learn. I thank:
- Our students and families for making daily attendance a priority as showing up on time every day is important to your child’s success and learning from preschool forward.
- Our teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff members for ensuring each classroom is an exciting place for exploration and knowledge so students do not want to miss out on learning.
As a reminder, below are some important dates:
- November 5th – School Closed
- November 6th – Parent Workshop Presented By The Speech Therapist From 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- November 7th and 8th – School Closed
- November 12th – Home & School Meeting at 2:30 PM
- November 20th – One Session Day, 12:05 PM Dismissal
- November 27th – 10:15 AM Family Banner Day Parade
- November 27th – 11:00 AM Thanksgiving Luncheon (Please Refer To Notice That Was Sent Home)
- November 27th – One Session Day, 12:05 PM Dismissal
- November 28th & 29th – School Closed

Important Information Regarding Parking On The Street:
When parking on local streets, you are reminded to always be mindful and always obey posted street signs. Do not obstruct driveways, double park, block fire hydrants and/or park in the factory complex on Kipp Avenue in Elmwood Park. We thank you for your anticipated cooperation in this very important parking matter.
